Job Description
Join Blink Estudio as a Customer and Chat Support Representative, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. In this position, you will respond to customer inquiries through social media, email, text, and phone calls. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire order process, tracking inventory levels, and efficiently handling returns.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of e-commerce experience, exceptional English communication skills, and a deep understanding of cosmetics. A background in website management and logistics is highly desirable.
This position requires availability from Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM. The salary offered is between Rs35,00.00 and Rs40,00.00 per month.
