Job Description

AWT Investments is seeking a dedicated CSR Executive to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring exceptional customer service while supporting our promotional campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and actively participating in promotions and surveys to achieve performance targets.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with proven experience in a call center or customer service setting. We seek proactive individuals with excellent communication skills who are committed to providing outstanding support.

Job Types: Full-time, Entry-level

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
