Job Description
Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will promptly and professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and chats, with a target of 70% first-call resolution for customer inquiries. You will also address customer complaints with empathy, aiming for an 80% satisfaction rate.
Your key responsibilities include documenting technical issues, staying current with product information, and engaging proactively with customers to meet their needs. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1.5 years of call center experience are required. Fluency in English is essential. This role is based in Lahore and necessitates in-person attendance.
