Job Description
WideStar Production, an esteemed independent company specializing in exceptional content creation and wedding services nationwide, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager. In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for building and leading your own sales team by recruiting talented Sales Executives and overseeing their sales efforts.
Compensation is commission-based, with no fixed salary; you will earn a percentage from each sale generated by your team.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 1-2 years of experience in sales or recruitment. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and applicants must reside in Islamabad and be able to work from home.
