Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our training initiatives. The successful candidate will design and implement customized training programs for various teams and departments, assess performance, and create tailored growth plans. Additionally, this role involves organizing marketing events to enhance brand visibility, providing mentorship, and maintaining comprehensive reports on training outcomes.
Requirements include significant experience in training, preferably in a managerial capacity, along with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. We encourage female candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications to apply.
