Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently stock, replenish, fold, hang, and display garments according to established guidelines.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge and its benefits.
- Provide tailored, solution-oriented sales options to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales process and assist clients in their purchasing decisions.
- Train and mentor new staff members to ensure quality service.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
