Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking a dedicated Helpline Agent to join our team in Rawalpindi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer calls and providing online support for our services. Key responsibilities include following up with the Operations team for fault resolutions exceeding 48 hours, creating and closing Network Trouble Tickets, and maintaining accurate fault records for your assigned region. Additionally, you will execute special tasks as required during your shift. A work-from-home option will be available after six months based on performance.
