We are currently seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our team at Fulcrum Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining professional relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include following up on unpaid accounts, negotiating payment plans, and resolving disputes effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Familiarity with the local areas is considered an advantage.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
