Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi
ABS International is on the lookout for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our HR team. This position involves overseeing the recruitment process, facilitating onboarding, managing employee records, and overseeing benefits management to support our organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings and coordinate interviews.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Assist with training programs and HR documentation.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; 1-2 years of HR experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Shift: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Work Location: In person
