This role involves ensuring active participation of beneficiary households throughout all project phases. Key responsibilities include recruiting youth participants, establishing Green Youth Movement clubs, facilitating conflict resolution, and assisting in project planning and reporting.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Climate/Environmental Sciences, or related fields, along with 2-3 years of experience in youth engagement. Candidates should have a strong passion for youth and community development, foundational knowledge of climate change, fluency in local languages, and basic English proficiency.
