Logistics Vel is seeking a seasoned NGO Operations Manager to effectively oversee daily operations, aligning with our mission to create impactful change. This role encompasses the development of operational strategies, budget management, and the identification of funding opportunities to foster organizational growth. You will supervise program managers and staff, ensuring optimal performance and strict compliance with NGO regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in NGO operations. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this position.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs75,00.00 to Rs125,00.00 per month.
