Job Description
AffinityVibez, a leading business management consultancy in Pakistan, is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive. This full-time role is essential for enhancing our HR operations, facilitating recruitment processes, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key responsibilities include supporting HR managers with day-to-day operations, devising strategies for employee performance improvement, addressing employee issues with professionalism, and sourcing candidates through diverse channels.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective task delegation capabilities, conflict resolution expertise, and fluency in English. Experience with HR management software, such as SAP, is advantageous.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00 to Rs60,00 per month, along with EOBI benefits and performance-based bonuses.
