Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to manage the operations of our oxygen production facilities. The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient production processes while overseeing staff and compliance with safety regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, monitoring production quality, and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards across both plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless oxygen production.
- Lead, mentor, and support operators and technicians.
- Enforce stringent safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and uphold production quality and safety standards.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance for plant equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of production and safety metrics.
- Swiftly address and resolve operational challenges.
- Implement and drive continuous process improvements.
