Job Description

Hire My Tech, a premier recruitment agency, is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Services Representative/Patient Service Representative (PSR) for a remote role based in Pakistan. The successful candidate will align with our core values, emphasizing both patient and employee satisfaction.

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Timing: US Central Time (6 PM – 3 AM PST)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Communicate with patients through email and live chat.
  • Maintain precise patient records in the EMR system.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in US/UK healthcare call centers preferred.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is essential.
  • Full-time availability and exceptional English communication skills required.
