Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Communicate with patients through email and live chat.

- Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in US/UK healthcare call centers preferred.
