Qualifications:
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Educational Background: Intermediate or higher.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and a proactive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional handling of national and international phone calls.
• Welcome visitors and follow established protocols.
• Record visitor logs, calls, and attendance accurately.
• Organize and update company records.
• Execute reception duties with courtesy and professionalism.
