Job Description
Ashraf Products is on the lookout for a qualified Territory Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This leadership role requires an individual who can effectively implement our company strategies to meet local market demands while inspiring and training our distribution team to achieve both immediate and future objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Permanent Journey Plans.
- Recruit and onboard Order Bookers/DSRs.
- Ensure compliance with the Annual Operating Plan and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assess stock requirements to meet volume and revenue goals.
- Provide training and coaching within the market.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong leadership abilities, a university degree, and 1-2 years of experience in the FMCG sector.

Location: Hybrid remote work available in Karachi Shahra-E-Faisal (75350).
