Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is seeking a dedicated Patient Collection Associate to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing billing and collections, ensuring the accuracy of invoices, and facilitating the prompt recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices.
- Verify invoice accuracy prior to dispatch.
- Maintain well-organized billing records.
- Process credit memos and enhance billing procedures.
- Oversee and manage online payments.
- Professionally address customer inquiries.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and monitor overdue accounts.
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Billing and proficiency in English.
