Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a renowned telecom company, is seeking Inbound Calling Agents to join our dynamic team. As an Inbound Calling Agent, your primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and managing customer accounts efficiently.
Salary: Enjoy a competitive salary between Rs37,00.00 and Rs55,00.00 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector as a Customer Service Representative.
- Experience with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns is highly preferred.
Location: This position requires in-person work in Lahore.
