Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Authorization and Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at SYNC BPO in Lahore. The position entails managing prescription refills, coordinating with patients and pharmacies, and verifying eligibility for ophthalmic medications.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of ophthalmic medications, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records are essential.
