Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking motivated Banking Helpline Agents to join our esteemed telecom company. In this full-time position, you will:
- Assist customers over the phone with a friendly demeanor.
- Efficiently address queries and resolve complaints.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Manage customer accounts and updates effectively.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, contingent upon performance.
Requirements: A minimum of a graduation degree with at least 6 months of experience in the banking sector (Customer Service Representative). A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Location: Lahore (in-person roles only).
