Job Description
SWATX is on the lookout for a skilled CRM & Billing Technical Lead with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level CRM and billing solutions. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership and technical capabilities to guide teams toward achieving scalable and high-performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Oversee integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, and customer portals.
- Ensure adherence to best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and manage system upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine solution designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and billing solutions.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure.
