Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd. is currently in search of a detail-oriented Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate will possess a solid academic background in finance and accounting, along with strong analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily accounting transactions using QuickBooks.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Track inventory levels.
- Assist in preparing financial statements.
- Resolve discrepancies in financial reports.
- Oversee invoice production and expense management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs37,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
