Job Description
Planlab Solutions is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team for the night shift at our Model Town Link Road, Lahore office. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support or supervisory roles.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing email inquiries, live chats, and phone calls with international clients. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential, and experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk or Gorgias is required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, based on your experience.
