Job Description
Summary: This position is designed to efficiently escalate complaint tickets to the appropriate ODN Access departments, ensuring timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently.
- Communicate effectively using MS-Outlook in English for email correspondence.
- Coordinate activities among various departments.
- Exhibit strong internal and external communication skills.
- Manage and escalate tickets in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE-CIT) is required.
- Candidates must be under 25 years of age.
- Knowledge of GPON technology is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Up to Rs45,00.00 per month
