Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our North Nazimabad office. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, particularly in spoken English. Preference will be given to those with proficiency in Excel and previous call center experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and satisfactory solutions.
- Meeting customer requirements as per their specifications.
- Effectively de-escalating conflicts with dissatisfied customers while providing patient assistance.
Qualifications required:
- Intermediate or Graduate level education.
- Proficient in spoken English (Preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Patient and empathetic demeanor.
