Job Description
Job Summary: Link HR Consultants is looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, manage staff effectively, and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacy operations and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage pharmacy staff and provide training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.
- Manage inventory levels and work closely with suppliers.
- Address customer inquiries and guarantee prescription accuracy.
Requirements: Candidates must possess strong pharmacy knowledge and excellent communication skills.
