Job Description
Mughal Steel is looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our vibrant team. We are interested in candidates with nearly 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist and a strong desire to leverage HRIS (preferably FlowHCM) to contribute to our organizational success.
Qualifications: MHRM / BBA / MBA in Human Resources.
Experience: 3-5 years in HR roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Recruitment and Selection processes.
- Manage Health and Life Insurance programs.
- Support HR Operational Activities.
- Facilitate Organizational Development initiatives.
Location: 17-km Lahore Sheikhupura Road
