Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will engage regularly with existing clients to nurture strong, lasting relationships. You will manage client interactions by providing support, showcasing products, and addressing all inquiries effectively. Additionally, you will assist with the contract renewal process, ensuring timely follow-ups on updated rates and securing necessary signatures on revised agreements.
Your responsibilities will also include identifying new growth opportunities, generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and facilitating the sales closure process.
