Job Description
Location: Karachi
Compensation: PKR 150K – 170K + Commission + Additional Incentives
HRSG is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in Call Centers or the Beauty/Aesthetics Industry. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
- Building and maintaining enduring client relationships.
Requirements include a BBA/MBA or equivalent degree, along with 5-7 years of sales experience, particularly in Call Centers or the Beauty Industry.
