Job Description
ZEREFLAB is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives and systems. In this role, you will provide guidance on policies, oversee recruitment processes, design effective onboarding programs, and support performance management strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and addressing disciplinary matters. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 3 years of HR experience, have a solid understanding of labor laws, and exhibit exceptional organizational and communication skills.
This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive salary starting at Rs50,00.00 per month.
