Job Description
A reputable telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound calls and deliver outstanding customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide online support for services.
- Verify billing addresses.
- Follow up on faults exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate degree. Freshers and those with up to 1 year of call center experience encouraged to apply.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 with up to Rs15,00 incentives.
