Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented female candidate to join our team as an HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, training our Sales and Marketing teams, and overseeing payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely reporting on team performance
- Maintain records and verify new employee documentation
- Promote and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Marketing are required.
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs60,00 per month
