Job Description
KalSoft is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our PMO department. In this role, you will work closely with business analysts to analyze requirements, document processes, and execute user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Scope of Work and Functional Specification Documents.
- Assess and enhance business processes by developing innovative solutions.
- Facilitate meetings to discuss findings and insights.
- Communicate outcomes effectively with cross-functional teams.
