Job Description:
DS E-Com Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying customer orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will communicate with customers via phone and social media, handle data entry, and monitor delivery statuses.
Requirements:
Candidates must be aged 18-25, possess at least one year of experience in e-commerce, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both English and Urdu. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Federal B Area.
Compensation: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month.
