Job Description
Sourcecode Software House is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Call QA Executive to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Evaluate inbound and outbound calls for our medical campaign, ensuring they meet established quality standards.
- Verify lead authenticity and maintain comprehensive, accurate records.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in call management and service delivery, providing constructive feedback to elevate quality.
- Facilitate training sessions and coaching aimed at addressing performance gaps and fostering continuous enhancement.
Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
