We are looking for a dedicated Surveillance Officer to monitor live video feeds from retail locations across the USA. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify suspicious behavior, accurately report incidents, and ideally possess back-office experience. Key responsibilities include monitoring footage for security threats, detecting theft and policy violations, preparing detailed incident reports, and ensuring the proper functioning of surveillance equipment.
Qualifications: Experience in surveillance is preferred, with strong observational skills and flexibility for night shifts.
