Job Description

PepsiCo is currently in search of a qualified Electrical Team Lead to manage maintenance activities related to electrical and instrumentation equipment. This crucial role focuses on ensuring the reliability and availability of operations within our plant.

Key responsibilities include the execution of maintenance plans, implementation of master schedules, definition of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for calibration and safety, and oversight of critical spare parts programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Maintenance Manager, uphold AIB standards, and foster improvement initiatives among technicians.

Qualified applicants should possess a Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Instrumentation, along with relevant experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Strong computer skills and proficiency in written communication are also essential.
