Job Description
TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a committed HR Officer to enhance our HR department through various administrative responsibilities.
You will be tasked with:
- Maintaining and updating employee databases.
- Collecting payroll data, as well as leave and absence information.
- Managing talent acquisition processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and job advertisement postings.
- Responding to employee inquiries and distributing company policies accordingly.
This position offers invaluable experience in HR operations and provides a thorough understanding of HR functions.
Qualifications: BBA/MBA in HRM; 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
