Job Description
Sajiero is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Support & E-Commerce Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media. You will also manage order processing and coordinate with delivery partners.
Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining online store listings, overseeing pricing, stock levels, and content updates, as well as monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate should exhibit outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, experience with e-commerce platforms, familiarity with customer service tools, and strong organizational and time-management abilities. This is a full-time, in-person position.
