Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Freelance Technical Recruiter with expertise in Shipping and Port Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified technical candidates, while ensuring an efficient and cost-effective hiring process.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a graduate degree (preferably in HR).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sourcing technical profiles at the mid to senior level.
- Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
