Job Description
Chughtai Enterprises is actively seeking a qualified Senior Draftsman to join our Lahore office. The successful candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in high-end residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed civil drawings for residential projects.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate seamlessly with design and project teams.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio Max, or Vray for drawing production and modifications.
Salary Range: 70K-100K (Negotiable based on qualifications)
