Job Description
Join our dedicated team at Doctors Urgent Care Group as an Executive Assistant. In this vital role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence while maintaining discretion with sensitive information. We seek candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably from international organizations based in the USA, Canada, or the UK.
This part-time position demands 20 hours per week, with availability required during Eastern Standard Time from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
