Job Description
Waada Digital Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Call Center Team Lead to oversee and support our agents in telecom campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in domestic call centers and telecom projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of call center agents.
- Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Address escalations and uphold service quality standards.
- Collaborate with management to provide campaign updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a domestic call center.
- Previous leadership experience in telecom campaigns is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
