Job Description
Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is looking for a dedicated Online Sales Executive to elevate customer experiences, oversee e-commerce operations, and execute data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales & Marketing and have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Daraz, and Amazon.
- Leverage SEO techniques to improve product visibility.
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations.
