AMG Technologies is seeking a talented US Medicare Sales Trainer to empower and educate our sales team on Medicare products, compliance requirements, and effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing agents on product specifications, clarifying regulatory complexities, and coaching representatives to achieve their sales goals while maintaining compliance standards.
Qualifications include prior experience in Medicare sales or training, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to distill complex information into clear, understandable concepts.
