Job Description
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics is preferred (B.Tech Hons acceptable).
Experience: Open to recent graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Address assigned complaints related to Cash Services Machines (CSMs) and ATMs within specified turnaround times.
- Install ATMs and CSMs effectively.
- Utilize precise troubleshooting techniques for fault resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for assigned issues.
- Prepare and present analytical reports to the Line Manager.
- Achieve 100% preventive maintenance (PM) for UPS, ATMs, and G&D equipment.
