Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and seasoned Sales Manager to oversee our real estate sales team. This pivotal role focuses on developing strategic sales initiatives aimed at driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Manage overall sales operations effectively.
Requirements: Minimum 5-6 years of experience; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
