Job Description
MILELE MOTORS FZE is currently looking for a detail-oriented Account Payable Executive to join our finance team. This vital position is responsible for overseeing accounts payable processes, managing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial documentation and facilitating smooth operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and payments to both local and international vendors.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers while reconciling their statements.
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures and ensuring adherence to VAT regulations.
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess ACCA Part Qualification, BBA, CA Inter, ACMA Inter, or a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
