Job Description

Cogent Labs is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our Lahore office. In this crucial role, you will manage high-level client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
