Job Description
BGE Limited is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Admin Manager with a strong background in hotel management, Booking.com operations, and accounting. The selected candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing financial and administrative functions while supervising hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing hotel administration, bookings, and guest records.
- Managing Booking.com transactions, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Handling accounts, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Ensuring smooth office operations and team coordination.
- Utilizing accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Supervising monthly financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in hotel management and accounting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
